State information to be aware of:

Tennessee has a requirement for a wait on re-testing after fail. First re-test is 10 days. Subsequent re-tests are 30 day wait. Cert expires after 6 months so prelicensing has to be re-completed if applying for a license over that time frame.

* Additional fees/costs may be applicable. Please contact your hiring organization or your state's Department of Insurance to obtain further details.
